Kill application / Restart Nokia 9500

To kill an application press Shift+Strg+Alt+K on the German keypad of the Nokia 9500.
If there is no further application the phone triggers a restart.

To make a SIS-file for Nokia 9500 do not use makesis which is included in sdk2unix1.6a. Instead use xmakesis.pl with -unicode as parameter.
